Taylor Park is a great school because we have great students, great parents and great staff. Each year we identify school wide goals so we can continue to improve.
Our formal school goal for 2022-2023 is:
K-7 students will use personal storytelling following the first people’s principle of learning to increase their skills and enjoyment in writing.
First People’s Principles of Learning – “Learning is embedded in memory, history and story”
Informal Goal:
Students will strengthen their social responsibility skills (kindness and empathy) by contributing to the classroom and school community.
“Learning ultimately supports the well-being of the self, the family, the community, the land, the spirits, and the ancestors.”
